Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Ex Remover uygulamasını kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamaya giriş yaparak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
01 Hizmet Tanımı
Ex Remover, kullanıcıların fotoğraflar üzerinde AI destekli düzenleme yapmasına olanak sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Sonuçlar görsel içeriğe bağlı olarak değişebilir ve her zaman kusursuz olmayabilir.
02 Hesap ve Erişim
- Apple/Google hesabı ile giriş yapılabilir.
- Hesabınızdan yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Şüpheli kullanımda hesabınıza kısıtlama uygulanabilir.
03 Krediler ve Satın Alım
- Krediler, uygulama içi dijital tüketim hakkıdır.
- Krediler Apple App Store üzerinden satın alınır.
- Krediler nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez.
- Satın alım ve ücretlendirme Apple politikalarına tabidir.
04 İade / "Beğenmedim" Politikası
İade hakkı birikmez. Her yeni satın alım, satın alınan kredi adedi kadar yeni iade hakkı tanımlar.
- Önceki satın alımdan kalan iade hakları bir sonraki satın alıma taşınmaz.
- Satın alım yoksa, varsa tanımlı bonus kredi penceresi kadar iade hakkı uygulanabilir.
- Aynı çıktı için tekrar iade talebi reddedilebilir.
05 Bonus Krediler
Bonus/deneme kredileri promosyon niteliğindedir. Kötüye kullanım tespitinde sınırlandırılabilir, geri alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
06 Yasaklı Kullanım
Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
- Hizmeti suistimal etmek, otomatik saldırı/bot kullanmak
- Güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak
- Hukuka aykırı içerik üretmek/yaymak
- Başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek
07 Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın yazılımı, tasarımı, marka unsurları ve içerikleri ilgili fikri mülkiyet hakları kapsamında korunur.
08 Sorumluluk Sınırı
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. AI çıktılarının doğruluğu veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu konusunda açık/örtülü garanti verilmez. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı/arızi zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
09 Hesap Sonlandırma
Koşulların ihlali, suistimal veya hukuki gereklilik halinde hesabınız askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
10 Koşulların Güncellenmesi
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel metin yayımlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olur.
11 Uygulanacak Hukuk
Uyuşmazlıklarda aksi emredici düzenleme olmadıkça Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Ex Remover. By signing in, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
01 Service Description
Ex Remover is a mobile app that provides AI-assisted photo editing. Output quality depends on input image conditions and may not always be perfect.
02 Account and Access
- You may sign in with Apple or Google.
- You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
- We may apply restrictions in case of suspicious or abusive behavior.
03 Credits and Purchases
- Credits are digital in-app consumption rights.
- Credits are purchased via Apple App Store in-app purchases.
- Credits are non-cash, non-transferable.
- Billing and payment rules are subject to Apple policies.
04 Refund / "Not Satisfied" Policy
Refund rights do not accumulate. Each new purchase creates a new refund window equal to that purchase's credit amount.
- Unused refund rights from previous purchase windows do not carry over.
- If no purchase exists, a valid bonus-credit window (if any) may define refund eligibility.
- Duplicate refund attempts for the same result may be denied.
05 Bonus Credits
Bonus/trial credits are promotional and may be limited, revoked, or discontinued in abuse scenarios.
06 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Abuse or automate attacks against the service
- Bypass security controls
- Use the service for unlawful content/actions
- Infringe others' rights
07 Intellectual Property
The app software, branding, and all related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
08 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI outputs are error-free or fit for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
09 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal requirements, or security reasons.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published.
11 Governing Law
Unless mandatory law states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
